50% water change:
2.5 tsp baking soda
1 heaping tsp MgSO4
2 tsp CaSO4 (accidentally forgot to use CaCl2)
1/2 tsp CaCl2
40 ml Excel
1/8 tsp KH2PO4
2 tsp KNO3 (hours later)

Plants grew smaller new leaves past couple weeks. Water is clear, turned off UVS.

The SAE died suddenly a couple days ago, for some mysterious reason. Was it connected to the spike in CO2? It was several days after the CO2 levels were fixed.

Green dust grew back

Notes:
Cleaned the tank last weekend, green dust algae grew back, though. Letting the tank sit for 4 weeks did not work. In fact, a lot of green hair algae has been growing as well. The CO2 tank started to run out last week. The change in pressure changed the rate of CO2 flow, increasing it to the point where two of the emerald rasboras died. Replaced the tank yesterday. Still dosing over 36 ppm NO3 daily, there's still a lot of PO4 even though haven't dosed any for the past week.
